AIR IMPORT/ EXPORT: We provide express air import and export services for reasonable expenditure.
SEA IMPORT/ EXPORT (FCL/ LCL): We also provide import and export services through sea routes at best prices.
CUSTOM CLEARANCE: Handling custom clearance work is one of our fields that we take care of with diligence.
INTERNATIONAL COURIER SERVICES:
- Next Day Delivery (Next day delivery for minimum extra cost)
- Express Delivery (Guaranteed delivery within 48-72 hours for the cheapest extra price in market)
- Economy Delivery (For less time sensitive and optimal cost saving delivery completing within certain number of days)
PICK UP & DELIVERY SERVICES: We provide Door to Door, Port to Port and Port to Door pickup and delivery services.
DOMESTIC FORWARDING SERVICES: We handle domestic forwarding services though Air, Water and Road respective to time boundation.
DUTIES & TAXES PAID: We will clear the shipment at destination, pay customs charges, and invoice the duties and taxes to shipper’s account thus avoiding an unnecessary delay in clearance and delivery
REMOTE AREA SERVICE: If you need to send a parcel to a remote address anywhere in the world, we will reach there with the help of our wide network and associate offices worldwide. An extra remote area fee will be applicable.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
DELIVERY NOTIFICATION: Once your shipment has been delivered, we can provide a proactive confirmation by fax, email, phone or SMS, whichever is more convenient for you.
PROOF OF DELIVERY: We can arrange for a hard copy of the Receiver’s signature to verify delivery of a shipment at a minimum extra cost. The proof of delivery is sent via fax or email back to the Sender.
HOLD FOR COLLECTION: At times, it can be much easier to have your customer collect shipments from our office located at the destination, rather than attempt a delivery to an uncertain address. Simply request the option at the time of booking or shipment pickup and our Customer Service staff at destination will notify the recipient when the shipment is ready to collect.
